Upgrade Protection and new versions.

In order to obtain new Versions we recommend you to buy Data Rover™ with Upgrade Protection. You will be then entitled to have Security Updates, Version hotfixes and Version upgrades if your MnS agreement is current.
Depending on whether you purchase a Perpetual or Subscription License matters. Perpetual License with a current MnS agreement gives you Version upgrades, but if the annual or multi-year agreement won't be renewed you will not be entitled to upgrades and support.
The Perpetual License never expires. the annual or multi-year subscription license automatically includes all Version upgrades.
The Subscription License also never expires but when the Subscription Contract expires, Data Rover™ keeps collecting data even if the reports are not accessible until the contract is renewed.

How can I get technical support?

Depending on the nature of your requirement we will direct you through an escalation process starting with our Authorized Partners. For general pre-sales technical questions please contact us.

I represent a large Enterprise, do you offer volume discounts?

To better answer your needs, we'll organize a Proof-of Concept review. Following the PoC we will be then able to propose a custom quote or to define a custom Enterprise License Agreement.

How can I buy a license?
